Supply of Firewood (Dry and Wet) for NAB Sub Office Gilgit-Baltistan

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Sub Office Gilgit-Baltistan, invites bids through PPRA E-PADS version 2.0 from registered and eligible contractors for the supply of firewood (dry and wet) separately for the period from 16.11.2026 to 15.03.2027. This procurement is specifically for NAB offices in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and Gilgit. Items being procured: - Dry firewood (per 40Kg / Mond) - Wet firewood (per 40Kg / Mond) Bidding will follow a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders must mention rates for dry and wet wood separately. Tender submissions not made through PPRA E-PADS version 2.0 will be rejected. A Bank Draft or Pay Order of Rs. 40,000/- from any scheduled bank in favor of NAB (Isb/Rwp), Sub Office Gilgit-Baltistan is required as earnest money, refundable as per PPRA rules. The successful bidder will supply firewood at their own cost in a shape and size suitable for use in fire pans at NAB offices. All firewood must be of good and acceptable quality. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to inspect the firewood at delivery and reject any substandard or unsuitable supply. In case of grievances, the GRC NAB (Isb/Rwp), Sub Office Gilgit-Baltistan will handle matters as per applicable rules, with final decisions binding. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rules. If a public holiday falls on the submission or opening date, the process will be held on the next working day. Bids must be filed online through PPRA E-PADS version 2.0 latest by 13.11.2026 up to 10:30 hours. Opening of bids will be at 11:00 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives at NAB Sub Office Gilgit-Baltistan.
