The Directorate General Procurement (Army) invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of various automotive and industrial fluids under PPRA rules. The procurement is for the supply of fuel diesel, antifreeze, lubricating oils, greases, kerosene, gasoline aviation grade, and related products to be delivered mainly in Rawalpindi. Delivery periods vary from immediate to up to 9-12 months after contract signing. The tender requires firms to provide registration certificates, NTN certificates, proof of godown, financial capability, bank statements, CNIC copies, and trade links with OEMs. Earnest money of 5% of the bid value (up to Rs. 1 million) is mandatory.
