This procurement is specifically for the SNGPL site located at Soan Camp Dhamyal Road near Saroba Grid Station, Sehal Village, Tehsil and District Rawalpindi. The tender includes a diverse range of items such as silky romal, ice boxes, flood lights, iron cots, GI boxes, water coolers of various capacities, mild steel tools including kassi, pick axe, shovel, red cloth, canvas tarpaulins of different sizes, plywood sheets, polythene sheets, wooden skids, and rechargeable torches. These items are required to be delivered within 15 days at the specified SNGPL site in Rawalpindi.
The technical scope demands adherence to detailed specifications and quality standards as outlined in the tender documents. Bidders must ensure that all items conform to the technical specifications and delivery schedules. The tender requires submission of a bid bond amounting to Rs. 45,000 in original hard copy before the closing time. Bidders must submit their bids through the Electronic Procurement and Auctioning Delivery System (EPADS) only. The tender documents include general terms, schedule of requirements, technical specifications, price term sheets, and various appendices covering bid bonds, performance bonds, and authority letters.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for the current financial year, and compliance with all statutory requirements. Experience in supplying similar hardware materials and PEC registration where applicable will be advantageous. Bidders must also provide documentary evidence of their capability and past performance.
The tender was published on 10th June 2026, with a closing date and time of 2nd July 2026 at 15:00 hours. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 15:30 hours at the SNGPL office in Rawalpindi.
