Tender Description

The Planning P&D Department Quetta invites bids for the supply of ICT equipment including network devices, surveillance devices, storage devices, and office equipment. This procurement is specifically for the Quetta office under the Balochistan government. The tender requires bidders to submit electronic bids only; no physical bids will be accepted. The scope includes a total item count of one, covering advanced ICT hardware essential for departmental operations. Eligible bidders must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature and complexity with a minimum turnover of **PKR 7,500,000** in the last three years. Firms must be registered with the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and possess a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Joint ventures are not allowed. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Submission of bid security amounting to 2% of the bid value in the form of a call deposit from a scheduled bank is mandatory. The bidding document fee is **PKR 1,000**. Tender documents can be obtained and viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. The last date for bid submission is **02 June 2026 at 12:00 PM** via the supplier dashboard on the EPPS system. Tender opening will occur the same day at 01:00 PM. Bidders should submit their bids carefully ensuring all required documents, including notarized affidavits and audit reports, are complete and accurate to avoid disqualification. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and to double-check the bid security and technical documents before submission. This will help avoid common pitfalls such as rejection due to incomplete documentation or late submission, which are frequent reasons for disqualification in government tenders.
