Supply of ICT Equipment (Network, Surveillance Devices, Storage Devices, Office Equipment) by Balochistan Education Endowment Fund

The Balochistan Education Endowment Fund invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of ICT equipment including network devices, surveillance devices, storage devices, and office equipment. The total item count is 2. Items being procured: - ICT Equipment (Network, surveillance devices, storage devices, Office Equipment) (Total Item(s) Count: 2) Procurements will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 2,500,000 in the previous 3 years and to be present in the Active Tax Payer List with a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Joint Ventures are not permissible. Bid Security of 2% in the form of a Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Chief Executive Officer, Balochistan Education Endowment Fund. The last date for obtaining tender documents and bid submission is 01 September 2026. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 01 September 2026. Tender opening will be held the same day at 12:00 PM at the office address: House # 116/40 A, Near Jama Masjid, Jinnah Town, Samungli Road, Quetta. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB and to prepare their bid security documents carefully to avoid disqualification.
