Tender Description
The Ministry of Narcotics Control, through its Anti Narcotics Force Headquarters in Rawalpindi Cantt, is procuring a comprehensive range of Information Technology Equipment. This procurement is specifically for the Anti Narcotics Force office located in Rawalpindi. The items include Wi-Fi solutions in various quantities, laptops and PCs totaling 171 units, printers, NAS devices, switches amounting to 26 units, photocopiers and scanners totaling 31 units, and 24 UPS units. This procurement aims to upgrade and enhance the IT infrastructure of the department to support its operational efficiency.
The technical scope covers supply, installation, and training for all equipment. Bidders must ensure that prices quoted include all applicable taxes and duties. The procurement will be conducted under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules using the EPADS 2.0 Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Firms must be registered with PPRA on EPADS as vendors to be eligible to participate. The bidding documents are available for download on the PPRA EPADS portal and the Anti Narcotics Force website.
Eligibility criteria require firms to have valid FBR registration certificates for GST and NTN, a sound financial position supported by the last one year bank statement, and experience details for the previous five years. Firms should preferably be authorized dealers of the mentioned categories in Pakistan and capable of providing repair and maintenance services. Submission of an original affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting is mandatory.
The deadline for bid submission is 20th May 2026 at 10:00 AM, with public bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the President Tender Opening Committee, Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force, Wavel Lines, Opposite Nur Khan Airbase, Chaklala Rawalpindi. Bidders are advised to submit their bid money in hard copy before the bid opening.
