Supply and Installation of 5 kW Hybrid Solar System and Upgradation of 5 kW Day Time Solar to Hybrid System at Government Degree College No.1 DIKhan

Government Degree College No.1 DIKhan under the Higher Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders from registered and reputed firms for the supply and installation of a 5 kW Hybrid solar system along with the upgradation of an existing 5 kW Day Time Solar system to a Hybrid system at the stated institute in Dera Ismail Khan. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of 5 kW Hybrid solar system - Upgradation of 5 kW Day Time Solar to Hybrid System The technical scope includes the provision of all necessary materials and equipment for the hybrid solar system installation and upgrade at the college premises. Bidders must ensure compliance with KPPRA Rules-2014 and submit their bids through a single stage, single envelope bidding procedure. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with PEC if applicable, FBR registration, and submission of bid security amounting to 2% of the bid value in the form of a Bank Draft or Call Deposit in favor of the Principal Government Degree College No.1 DIKhan. Incomplete bids will be rejected. The quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, which will be deducted at source. The bidding documents can be obtained from the Principal's office during office hours upon payment of PKR 300. The last date and time for submission of bids is 11:00 AM on September 1, 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The purchase committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per Rule 47(i) of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
