Supply and Installation of 8,600 Nos. Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for 200kVA & 100kVA Distribution Transformers

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites bids for the supply and installation of 8,600 units of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) along with related services. These systems are to be installed on distribution transformers rated at 200kVA and 100kVA. The project is based in Hyderabad, Sindh, and aims to enhance the monitoring and management of electrical assets to improve operational efficiency and reliability. Items being procured: - 8,600 Nos. Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for 200kVA & 100kVA distribution transformers The scope includes supply, installation, and related services for the APMS on the specified transformers. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and installation standards as per the tender documents. This addendum updates the bid validity and submission deadlines. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for the relevant category, FBR registration, and experience in similar projects. Earnest money and bid security requirements are as per the original bidding documents. The bid submission deadline has been extended to 17th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted physically to the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU HESCO, at Bungalow # A-1, HESCO Power Wing Colony, Hussainabad, Hyderabad. Electronic submission is not permitted. Bid opening will occur immediately after the submission deadline at the same address.
