Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Bulk Flow Meters and Household Water Meters for PRSWSSP

Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) invites bids for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Bulk Flow Meters and Household Water Meters under the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply & Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP) in Lahore. This procurement is financed by a loan from the World Bank (IBRD-92670) and follows the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. Items being procured: - Bulk Flow Meters - Household Water Meters The contract involves supplying, installing, and commissioning these meters to improve water supply monitoring and management. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and to provide a Bid Security of Pak Rs. 12.50 million in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company. A Pre-bid Meeting is scheduled for May 21, 2026, at 1200 hours at the PRMSC office in Lahore, with an option to attend online via Zoom. Bids must be submitted physically by September 29, 2026, at 1200 hours. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 1230 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives.
