Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Fire Fighting Pumps at Juna Bunder West Wharf Karachi

Karachi Port Trust (KPT) invites bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of fire fighting pumps at Juna Bunder West Wharf Karachi. The procurement involves 03 Nos fire fighting pumps with a flow capacity of 1250 GPM and head of 10-bar, along with 02 Nos jockey pumps for the fire fighting system. Items being procured: - 03 Nos Fire Fighting Pumps (Flow 1250 GPM, Head 10-bar) - 02 Nos Jockey Pumps The scope includes supply and full commissioning at the specified site. Interested firms with relevant experience are encouraged to participate. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-PAD System version 2.0 via https://epads.gov.pk. The bidding process follows Clause 36 (b) of PPRA Rules-2004 (Amended) under the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPAD System; bids submitted by other means will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16-09-2026 at 1100 hours at the office of DG(Engg) at KPT Head Office, Eduljee Dinshaw Road, Karachi. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order amounting to Rs 2,380,000/- must be submitted in original at bid opening. Scanned copies of the bid security should be uploaded with the bid documents through E-PADS. The bid submission deadline is 29-09-2026 at 1100 hours, with bid opening on the same day at 1130 hours in Room No. 32 of CM&EE-II Department, Ground Floor, KPT Head Office, Eduljee Dinshaw Road, Karachi. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives. KPT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPR-2004.
