Tender Description
Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for the supply and installation of 6M Decorative Street Light Poles with Light Fixture (Phase-II) at Sector-1, DHA City Karachi. This project involves the procurement and installation of street lighting infrastructure to enhance urban aesthetics and safety in the specified sector.

- Light Fixtures
The technical scope includes supply of materials compliant with PEC Category C6 or above, installation at the designated site in DHA City Karachi, and adherence to quality standards. Contractors must have PEC registration with codes CE-10 and EE-04 and maintain active taxpayer status with FBR and SRB.
Tender documents are available from 11 August 2026 at the Design & Contracts Directorate DHAC Karachi, Super Highway M-9 DHA City Karachi, upon submission of a written request along with valid PEC registration and payment of a non-refundable bid document fee of Rs. 5,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favor of DHA City Karachi. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18 August 2026 at 11:30 hrs in the Main Conference Room, DHA City Karachi.
Sealed bids must be delivered to the Design & Contracts Directorate DHAC Karachi on or before 27 August 2026 by 14:30 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 15:00 hrs in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives with authority letters. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order equivalent to 2% of the bid amount must accompany the financial bid.
DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the provision of rules and regulations.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC registration and tax status documents are current and properly attached with your bid to avoid disqualification during the technical evaluation phase.
