Supply and Installation of 6M Decorative Street Light Poles with Light Fixture Phase-II Sector-1 DHA City Karachi

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for the supply and installation of 6M Decorative Street Light Poles with Light Fixture (Phase-II) at Sector-1, DHA City Karachi. Items being procured: - 6M Decorative Street Light Poles - Light Fixtures The project requires contractors or firms having valid registration with PEC in Category C6 or above, with PEC Codes CE-10 and EE-04. Bidders must have active taxpayer status with FBR and SRB. Tender documents can be obtained from the DHA City Karachi office located at Super Highway M-9 during working hours from 11 August 2026 upon submission of a written request along with valid PEC registration certificate and payment of a non-refundable bid document fee of Rs. 5,000 in shape of Pay Order in favor of DHA City Karachi. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 18 August 2026 at 11:30 hrs at the Main Conference Room, DHA City Karachi. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Design & Contracts Directorate DHA City Karachi on or before 27 August 2026 by 14:30 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 15:00 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives with authority letters. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Bid security in shape of Pay Order in favor of DHA City Karachi equivalent to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted along with the financial bid. DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids under the provision of rules and regulations. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
