Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Desktop Computers

Dawood University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Karachi is procuring Desktop Computers for its Department of Industrial Engineering and Department of Computer Systems Engineering. This procurement includes complete supply, installation, testing, and commissioning with warranty. Items being procured: - Desktop Computers Model Dell Pro Tower QCT1250 (Qty 75) The technical specifications include Core™ Ultra 5 235 processor with 14 cores, 16 GB DDR5 memory, 512 GB SSD storage, Intel Q870 chipset, integrated graphics, 180W Bronze PSU, integrated NIC, Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 wireless, Dell wired keyboard and USB optical mouse, Dell Pro 22 Monitor E2225HM (21.5"), and a three-year basic onsite warranty. Ready stock delivery is required within 5 days after receipt of supply order. The scope covers supply, installation, testing, and commissioning at all sites at the supplier's own cost. All items must be new; used or refurbished items are not allowed. Import details must be provided if applicable. Post-commissioning support including technical assistance, repair, and maintenance is required with warranty starting after complete delivery and installation. Transportation costs are borne by the supplier. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR for Income Tax, GST, and SRB, at least 5 years relevant experience, annual turnover of 77 million PKR, active taxpayer status, manufacturer authorization, and ready stock availability. Bid security of Rs. 1,923,869 and non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 are required. Bids must be submitted online via SPPRA EPADS portal with original bid security and tender fee submitted physically to Director ICT, DUET Karachi. The tender follows Single Stage – Single Envelope procurement method with fixed prices in Pak Rupees. Bids must be valid for 90 days. Late, conditional, or incomplete bids will be rejected.
