Tender Description
The SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) Karachi is procuring a comprehensive IP based CCTV solution for its Head Office Complex and Boulton Market Office. This procurement covers supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of an advanced AI based CCTV system including cameras, servers, switches, wiring, and all related accessories. The project is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and will be executed on a turnkey basis with a completion timeline of 24 weeks from the date of contract award.
The technical scope includes AI enabled PTZ cameras, facial recognition and people counting cameras, body worn cameras, docking stations, wireless devices, AI servers, video storage servers, video management software licenses, network POE switches, core switches, and structured cabling with fiber optics. The solution must be fully compatible with existing CCTV infrastructure and include OEM backed two years warranty and three years SLA with onsite maintenance and support. The supplier is responsible for cyber security vulnerability fixes, OEM advance hardware replacement, and providing training and documentation to SBP staff.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, appear on the Active Taxpayers List, and provide manufacturer authorization. Experience in similar CCTV projects, availability of trained resources, and physical presence in Karachi are mandatory. The bid security is PKR 1,000,000 and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 11:00 AM on May 19, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on April 28, 2026 via Webex.
Bidders should carefully review the detailed technical specifications and ensure all required documents including affidavit of non-blacklisting and beneficial ownership declaration are submitted.
