Supply, Installation and Net Metering of Solar System 20 KW at ATIN (Khairpur & Amangarh)

Sealed bids are invited from OEM's authorized dealers of Solar Equipment registered with AEDB having category C-3 and PEC category C-3 on 36 (b) single stage - two envelope bidding procedure for Supply, Installation and net metering (only Amangarh) of Solar System 20 KW at ATIN (Khairpur & Amangarh). Items being procured: - Solar System 20 KW The scope includes supply, installation, and net metering setup specifically for the Amangarh site within ATIN, covering locations Khairpur and Amangarh. Bidders must be registered with AEDB and hold PEC category C-3 to qualify. Tender submissions are to be made at the NLC Head Office, Harding Road, Rawalpindi by 15 September 2026 at 1100 hours. The bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. A tender fee of Rs. 2,000 and a bid security of Rs. 200,000 must accompany the technical offer, failing which the offer will be rejected.
