Supply and Installation of Outdoor Q5 High Refresh Rate LED Display Module Pole Mounted at Malir Cantt

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department Cantonment Board Malir Karachi is procuring the supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of Outdoor Q5 High Refresh Rate 7680Hz LED Display Modules. This project involves 22 sets of dual side silicone coated LED display modules sized 3.15ft by 5.8ft, mounted on poles along Aziz Bhatti Road from Ordinance Chowk to Allama Iqbal Chowk at Malir Cantt. The technical scope includes full installation and commissioning of these high refresh rate LED display modules, ensuring proper testing and operational readiness at the specified site in Karachi. Bidders must be registered suppliers, contractors, wholesalers, OEMs, or authorized dealers with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations and must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Interested firms should have relevant experience and be prepared to submit attested copies of valid registration certificates along with their applications for tender forms. The bid security is 5% of the bid price, refundable if the tender is rejected.
