Supply and Installation of Protection Shades for High Pressure Multistage Pumps and Construction of Sump Well

The Public Health Engineering Division Dera Bugti invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the following work in Dera Bugti, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Supply and Installation of protection shades for high pressure multistage pumps - Construction of sump well The procurement shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (B-PPRA) Rules. The process follows the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure. Bidders can obtain the bidding documents from the Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugti during office hours upon payment of the prescribed Tender Fee of Rs. 1,500/-. This fee must be deposited through Green Challan under the relevant Head of Account, and the original paid Green Challan must be submitted with the bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to 4% of the Bid Price, issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Procuring Agency. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugti on or before the deadline of 19-10-2026 at 10:00 PM. The bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:00 PM in the same office. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the bid opening. The original Green Challan and CDR must be submitted along with the bid at the time of submission. Failure to satisfy any prescribed eligibility criteria or submission requirements will result in the bid being declared non-responsive or non-eligible and excluded from further evaluation.
