Supply & Installation of Solar Hybrid Power System with DB Panel & Cabling Works at Different NBP Branches and Regional Office Building Larkana

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the supply and installation of Solar Hybrid Power Systems with DB Panels and requisite cabling works at various NBP branches along with the Regional Office Building in Larkana. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and includes multiple solar hybrid power systems of varying capacities to be installed at specified branch locations in Sindh province, including Garhi Khairo, Kashmore Cantt, Industrial Branch Larkana, Shahdadkot, Bank Square Branch Larkana, Johi, Kashmore, Lakhi Ghulam Shah, New Dadu Sugar Mill Branch, Kambar Ali Khan, Main Dadu Branch, T.R Jacobabad, and the Regional Office Larkana Building. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of 6KW Solar Hybrid Power Systems (3 units) - Supply and installation of 10KW Solar Hybrid Power Systems (6 units) - Supply and installation of 20KW Solar Hybrid Power Systems (2 units) - Supply and installation of 30KW Solar Hybrid Power System (1 unit) - Supply and installation of 50KW Solar Hybrid Power System (1 unit) The technical scope includes supply and installation of solar panels (minimum 600 watt modules), MS powder coated structures, inverters (IP65 rated), lithium-ion batteries (5.0 KWH, 48V, 100AH), DB panels with breakers from reputed brands, power cables with appropriate specifications, GI flexible pipes for underground cable laying, and earth systems with copper bars and conductors as per site requirements. The systems must comply with specified warranties: 5 years for inverters, 12 years for solar panels, 3 years for batteries, and 1 year for steel structures and inverter managers. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and PEC (specialization code EE 11 (iii)), have valid manufacturer authorization, demonstrate experience with at least two similar contracts worth not less than Rs. 10 million in the last three years, and maintain an office in Karachi for after-sales service. Bidders must also be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 9th September 2026 at 11:30 AM, with original bid security submitted physically before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. The contract includes a 180-day delivery and installation schedule. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15% at the time of award.
