Tender Description
National Bank of Pakistan invites electronic bids from original contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Income Tax and Provincial Tax Department for the supply and installation of Solar Hybrid Power System with DB Panel and requisite cabling works at different NBP branches along with the Regional Office Building in Peshawar.

The scope includes installation at multiple NBP branches and the Regional Office Building in Peshawar, ensuring high-quality materials and compliance with technical specifications. Bidders must be registered with PEC and have valid tax registrations. An earnest money in the form of an original bid security instrument amounting to Rs. 975,500.00 is mandatory and must be submitted physically to the Procurement Division at the NBP Head Office Building Karachi before the online bid submission deadline.
Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available electronically and can be downloaded from the EPADS-PPRA website www.epads.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted via E-PADS 2.0 on or before the deadline of September 02, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders at the office of Wing Head, Engineering Wing (South), Engineering Division, LCMG, 3rd Floor, National Bank of Pakistan, Head Office Building, I. I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi.
