Supply and Installation of Star Level/Monogram Boards

The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, through its Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit, invites bids for the supply and installation of Star Level/Monogram Boards in Lahore. This procurement is conducted via the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-PS) and is open only to firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Items being procured: - Supply and Installation of Star Level/Monogram Boards The project requires the successful bidder to supply and install high-quality Star Level/Monogram Boards as specified. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Rule No. 38 of Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 123,000) must be submitted via the digital banking facility available on the Punjab E-Procurement System. The bid security should be in favor of the Project Director, Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit, Environment Protection & Climate Change Department. It will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the procurement process is complete. Interested bidders should have valid PEC registration and be registered with FBR/Tax authorities.
