Supply Installation and Support of additional in-use Cisco Duo Licenses

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) Karachi is procuring additional 200 Cisco Duo Multifactor Authentication tokens to be integrated with their existing infrastructure. This procurement covers supply, installation, configuration, integration, and support services for a period of two years starting from July 8, 2026, to July 8, 2028. The scope includes delivery on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis inclusive of all taxes, duties, transportation, insurance, and incidental services. The technical requirements specify that the supplier must provide new tokens with two years basic support, technical assistance for integration with Cisco ISE and Cisco FTD Firewalls, and ongoing technical support throughout the contract period. The supplier is also responsible for registering software subscriptions with the OEM in the name of SBP, ensuring uninterrupted OEM support access, and providing onsite support for firmware updates and patches without additional cost. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be OEM or authorized partners, have relevant experience with similar Cisco Duo MFA deployments in the last five years, maintain at least two OEM certified technical resources, have a verifiable support office in Karachi, and meet financial turnover and tax registration requirements. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals electronically. The bid security of PKR 200,000 must be submitted in original form to the procuring agency by the closing date. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated, technically compliant bidder. The supplier must provide a 5% performance guarantee and sign the contract within 14 days of award notification.
