Supply and Installation of Tensile Hyper Shade Structure at BBQ Area Defence Authority Creek Club

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) Karachi invites bids from reputed firms registered under Income Tax/Sales Tax Act for the supply and installation of Tensile Hyper Shade Structure at the BBQ Area of Defence Authority Creek Club in Karachi. The procurement follows a sealed bid process with a two-stage three-envelope procedure including Pre-qualification, Technical, and Financial bids. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of Tensile Hyper Shade Structure at BBQ Area Defence Authority Creek Club Bidding documents with detailed specifications can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate office at DHA Head Office upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable bid document fee of Rs. 2,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority. Sealed envelopes containing Prequalification, Technical, and Financial proposals must be submitted to the undersigned office by 24 August 2026 at 1030 hours. The Prequalification and Technical bid opening will be held on 24 August 2026 at 1100 hours, while the Financial bid opening will be conducted later in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. PDOHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under existing rules and regulations. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids in compliance with the tender requirements and ensure timely submission.
