Supply, Installation, Testing and Support Services for CIR Connectivity in AJK

The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Electricity Department (AJKED) invites sealed bids from eligible firms registered with FBR/Inland Revenue Department AJ&K and active on the Taxpayer List for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and support services of CIR (Uncompressed & Unshared) connectivity. This procurement is specifically for connectivity links to key locations including PITC (WAPDA House Lahore) Aggregate, Muzaffarabad, Rawalakot, Mirpur, and Kotli. The type of link is Fiber/Wireless with bandwidth of 2 Mbps for all locations except PITC where bandwidth will be decided by the MPLS vendor. Items being procured: - PITC (WAPDA House Lahore) Aggregate - Muzaffarabad - Rawalakot - Mirpur - Kotli The scope includes comprehensive connectivity services with installation and ongoing support at computer centers in Muzaffarabad, Rawalakot, Kotli, and Mirpur. Bidders must comply with AJK PPRA Rules 2017 and submit bid security of Rs. 300,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft favoring Director General Commercial Electricity Muzaffarabad. The bid security must remain valid for at least 150 days from bid opening. Bids must be inclusive of General Sales Tax and all applicable taxes. Bidding will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidding documents can be obtained until 2026-11-02 upon written request and payment of Rs. 2000 (non-refundable) at the office of the Director General Commercial Electricity Muzaffarabad during office hours. Completed bids must reach the office by 10:30 AM on 2026-11-03, with technical bids opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Blacklisted firms or those in conflict with government regulations are prohibited. Incomplete or conditional bids without proper authentication will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per AJK PPRA Rules 2017.
