Tender Description
Tehsil Municipal Administration Havelian invites bids through the E-PADS system for the supply and installation of four tube wells in Havelian, Abbottabad district. The works are planned under ADP No.240245 for the fiscal year 2025-2026.
Items being procured:
- Tube Well No.05 Near Siali Ground Havelian (6.387 Million)
- Tube Well No.06 Near Veterinary Hospital Havelian (6.320 Million)
- Tube Well No.02 Near Government Girls Degree College Havelian (6.285 Million)
- Tube Well No.03 Near Urban Dispensary Havelian (6.313 Million)
The total estimated cost is Rs. 25.00 Million. The technical scope includes installation and commissioning of tube wells at specified locations in Havelian. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority for the year 2026-27. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure with technical and financial bids submitted separately.
Bid security of 0.5 Million PKR is required along with earnest money of 2% of the engineer estimate. The technical bid must be submitted by 24-09-2026 at 12:00 PM, with the opening of technical bids at 2:00 PM on the same day. Financial bids will be opened after approval of the technical bids by competent authority.
Bidders should ensure compliance with all terms including FBR/ATL registration, submission of detailed rate analysis for bids exceeding 10% below estimate, and validity of electronic bids for 90 days. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any bid not meeting the criteria.
