The works include complete supply and installation of the underground street lighting system along with associated electrical and civil works as detailed in the bidding documents. Items being procured: - Underground street lighting system - Associated electrical works - Associated civil works The technical scope covers the full installation and commissioning of the underground street lighting system at the specified site in Lahore. The project duration is five months from the commencement date. Eligibility criteria require a valid PEC Category C-4 or above with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-06, valid NTN/applicable tax registration and ATL status, non-blacklisting, and compliance with the evaluation and qualification criteria.
