Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery, IT Equipment, Computer Hardware, Software and Furniture & Fixture Items

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (Information & Broadcasting Division), Islamabad, is procuring a comprehensive range of office and IT related supplies. This procurement is aimed at equipping the IP Wing, EP Wing office of the Press Registrar & MRC with essential stationery, computer stationery, IT equipment, computer hardware, software, and furniture & fixture items. The procurement is open to original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and general order suppliers who are registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - IT Equipment - Computer Hardware - Software - Miscellaneous store items - Furniture & fixture items The scope covers supply of these items to the Ministry’s offices in Islamabad. Bidders must ensure compliance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and possess valid registration and tax documentation. The bidding documents can be purchased from the office of the undersigned upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.20,000. Only bids accompanied by this fee will be entertained. The bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) by 31 July 2026 till 11:00 pm. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
