Tender Description
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), the official ICT Services provider of the Government of Pakistan, invites reputed suppliers and contractors to submit e-bids for the supply of advanced IT and telecom equipment in Lahore. This procurement is divided into two lots: Lot I covers laptops, desktop computers, laser printers, and scanners, while Lot II is for a heavy-duty multifunction photocopier machine. The items being procured include:
- Lot I: 8 laptops (Intel Core i5 13th Gen or latest), 3 desktop computers (Intel Core i5 13th Gen or latest), 6 multifunction laserjet printers, 2 high-speed scanners
- Lot I (additional): 1 laptop, 2 desktop computers, 3 multifunction laserjet printers
- Lot II: 1 digital laser heavy-duty multifunction photocopier machine
The technical scope requires all equipment to comply with detailed specifications provided in the annexures, including brand standards (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Canon, Konica Minolta, etc.), performance benchmarks, and warranty conditions. The supply is on a turnkey basis with all accessories, software, and installation included at no extra cost. Delivery timelines are six weeks for Lot I and ten weeks for Lot II from the date of go-ahead. The contractor must provide a one-year local warranty with prompt replacement of defective parts.
Eligibility criteria are strict: bidders must be registered with tax authorities, have at least three years of relevant experience, provide OEM authorization, and not be blacklisted or involved in litigation with NTC. The bidder must also ensure the offered equipment is not manufactured in Israel or India and must provide a local office in Pakistan. Tender security and earnest money are required as per lot values.
The submission deadline is **August 27, 2026, 11:00 AM**, with electronic bids submitted through EPADS only. Original bid security must reach the NTC office in Lahore by the same deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. The evaluation will be conducted lot-wise based on technical and financial compliance.
A practical tip for bidders: ensure all mandatory documents, including filled BOQs, commercial compliance statements, and valid tender security, are submitted timely and correctly on EPADS to avoid disqualification. Pay close attention to the technical specifications annexures and provide complete supporting datasheets to meet the 75% compliance threshold.
This tender offers a significant opportunity for suppliers specializing in IT and telecom hardware to engage with a major government entity in Lahore under transparent and regulated procurement rules.
