Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon production of agency agreement/dealership certificate for foreign OEMs, financial capability undertakings, bank statements, and payment of Rs 2000/- challan to Government Treasury. Photocopies of CNIC, NTN certificate, and sales tax registration documents are also required. Bid security is mandatory and must be submitted via bank draft/pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi as earnest money with rates depending on firm registration status, ranging from 2% to 5% of quoted value. Offers must remain valid for 120 days from commercial proposal opening, with a 10% performance guarantee within 30 days of contract signing.
