COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus invites sealed bids for the supply of Liquid Helium 99.999% Pure (100 liters) for NMR at CUI Abbottabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Liquid Helium 99.999% Pure, 100 liters for NMR at CUI Abbottabad Campus The supply must be delivered within 30 days to the specified location at COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus, Tobe Camp, University Road, Abbottabad. The helium must meet the purity specification of 99.999% and be supplied in cylinders with a built-in heating system at the time of refilling. The shipment must arrive through Islamabad International Airport. The contractor/vendor may send a nominee to witness the quantity at the time of refilling. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and GST certificates, active ATL status not older than October 10, 2026, at least two copies of contracts or supply orders for liquid helium in the last three years, and submission of earnest money in the form of CDR or pay order. Original bid security must be submitted physically before the bid submission deadline. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
