Supply of Lunch Meal Packed in Boxes to NESPAK Karachi Offices on Working Days

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) Karachi Office invites bids for the supply of lunch meals packed in boxes to NESPAK Karachi offices located at NICL Building, Abbasi Shaheed Road, Off Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi on working days only (Monday to Friday). The daily quantity will vary from 25 to 150 lunch boxes based on staff attendance. Items being procured: - Dish 1: Chicken meals including Chicken Karahi, Chicken Haleem, Chicken Jalfrezi, Chicken Kofty, Chicken Broast, Chicken Pulao, Chicken Qorma, Chicken Qeema, Chicken Achari, Chicken Biryani - Dish 2: Vegetarian/Pulses meals including Seasonal Vegetable, White Chola Gravy, Daal Channa, Alu Shimla/Mattar, Dal Mash, Mixed Daal/Red Beans, Matar Pulao, Vegetable Rice, Curry Pakora, Anda Choley Gravy The meals must be freshly prepared using approved brands and wholesome ingredients under hygienic conditions. The supplier must maintain valid licenses from Sindh Food Authority and comply with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, pest control, and temperature control standards. Meals shall be packed in food-grade, leak-proof, insulated containers and delivered between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM. The Employer's authorized committee may inspect meals for quality and reject non-compliant deliveries, which must be replaced within 45 minutes at the supplier's expense. A deduction of 15% applies for late or short delivery or menu deviations. The contract may be terminated for failure to supply for 3 consecutive days, food poisoning incidents, hygiene violations, or license suspension. Eligibility requires registration with EPADS, valid NTN and SRB certificates, Sindh Food Authority license, at least 5 years catering experience, own kitchen facility, and active taxpayer status. Bid security of PKR 25,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by November 12, 2026, 11:00 AM. Manual bids are not accepted. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. Bidders should ensure compliance with all bidding document requirements and submit all necessary documents including company profile, licenses, tax certificates, client satisfaction letters, and bank certificates confirming annual turnover.
