Supply of Medical and Hospital Items for DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat

The Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat invites sealed bids from contractors and suppliers registered with sales tax and income tax departments for the supply of various medical and hospital items to meet the requirements of DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods and Services Rules-2014 for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Purchase of furniture - Filling of Medical Gas Cylinder - Laboratory/dental chemicals - Anesthesia items - Disposable items - X-Ray Films - Vaccine - Bedding Clothing - Washing Items - Contingency/Other Items - Stationery Items - Printing Items - Repair of Machinery/Equipment - Repair of Furniture The scope includes supply of quality furniture, medical gases, laboratory chemicals, anesthesia and disposable items, vaccines, bedding, washing items, stationery, printing materials, and repair services for machinery and furniture at DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat. All items will be supplied without transportation charges. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Income Tax/Sales Tax departments and appear on the FBR tax payer list. Earnest Money of 2% of the bid value in the form of bank drafts from scheduled banks in favor of DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat is mandatory. Bidding documents are available on any working day at DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat. The bidding process follows the single stage-one envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules-2014. Bids must be delivered by courier or post to the office of the Medical Superintendent before 11:00 AM on 29th August 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Separate bids are required for each item. Bid security must comply with ITB clauses 15.1 and 13-1 of the Standard Bidding Documents. Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Stamp Duty will be deducted as per government rules.
