Eligibility criteria require valid registration with DGDP, NTN, and Sales Tax certificates. Firms must provide a valid CNIC copy, drug manufacturing license by DRAP, and financial capability proof. Payment of a bid security amounting to PKR 2000 for registered and unregistered firms is mandatory. The offer shall remain valid for 120 days from the commercial offer opening date.
