Tender Description
The Health & Population Department Punjab invites E-bids from eligible bidders for procurement of various items and services on a Framework Contract Basis for the financial year 2026-2027 under administrative control of the department in Lahore.
Items being procured:
- Medicines / Biological Vaccines for different Programs / Units
- Various Equipment for Labs & Office / Warehousing & Bio Medical Equipment
- Warehouse Services for the programs / projects / Units
- Dialyzer Items for Health Facilities
The procurement covers medicines and biological vaccines essential for health programs, lab and biomedical equipment for office and warehousing, warehouse services to support program logistics, and dialyzer items for health facilities. The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) using a Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bid Security of 5% of the estimated price of procurement must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available free of cost on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Health Department websites.
