The Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Level Government City Hospital Jhang City invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for goods and pharmaceuticals with valid Drug Sale License on Form 9 (Pharmacy) for supply of medicines, surgical disposables (medical devices), vaccines & sera by way of Day to Day Local Purchase and Day to Day Items for Sr. No. 1 and General Order Suppliers for remaining 3 categories for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines, Surgical Disposables (Medical Devices), Vaccines & Sera for THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang City (Jhang) - Framework Contract for Purchase of X-Ray films, Laboratory and Blood Bank Supplies - Framework Contract for Purchase of Printing & Stationery Items - Framework Contract for Purchase of General Store, Dental Items & Medical Instruments Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelopes) procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended up to date). Bids must be delivered to the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang City on or before 11:00 AM on 29-08-2026. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes. Earnest Money (2% of Estimated Cost separate for each category) in the form of CDR from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan is mandatory. Eligibility includes valid Drug Sale License on Form 9, FBR and Active Tax Payers status, and compliance with PPRA rules. Bidders must ensure all documents contain proper page marking, attested in sequence, and authorized signatures. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend on the closing date at the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang City.
