Supply of Medicines / Vaccines to WASA Multan Employees (In-Service and Retired)

Water And Sanitation Agency Multan invites sealed bids from suppliers and contractors registered on Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) www.ep.punjab.gov.pk for the supply of medicines and vaccines to WASA Multan employees, both in-service and retired. The procurement is specifically for registered local chemists and druggists (wholesalers or retailers) operating in Multan city and nearby areas such as Ghanta Ghar Chowk, MDA Chowk, Nishtar Hospital Road, and other main localities. Items being procured: - Supply of Medicines to the Employees of WASA (In Service & Retired) The medicines must be supplied on discounted rates monthly. The contract duration is one year, extendable. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and appear active on all taxpayer lists. A valid Drug Sale License on Form-9 (Pharmacy) as per Government and Health Department regulations is mandatory. Experience in supplying to government hospitals or institutions is required, with award letters or purchase orders attached. Payments will be made monthly. In case of non-availability, the supplier is responsible for arranging alternate stock. The bidder must not be blacklisted by PPRA or the procuring agency and must submit an undertaking with the bid security. Bidding documents including terms, evaluation criteria, and draft contract are available on Punjab e-Procurement System (EP). Manual submission is not allowed; bids must be submitted electronically via the portal. A digital bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 700,000) in favor of WASA Multan is required and must be verifiable on the EP system. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. Bids will be valid for 120 days from the date of opening. The submission deadline is 21-09-2026 at 11:00 A.M. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M via the EP portal in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the office of Director Administration WASA, 316-A Shamasabad Colony, WASA Head Office Multan. If the tender opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, the opening will be on the next working day at the same time and venue.
