Supply of Miscellaneous Aviation Spare Parts for Central Aviation Spares Depot

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of miscellaneous aviation spare parts as detailed in Annexure A to C. The procurement is for the Central Aviation Spares Depot located at Qasim Army Aviation Base, Dhamial Camp, Rawalpindi. The quantity mentioned in the tender represents the approximate requirement for the complete financial year, but purchase quantities may be increased or decreased as per operational needs. Purchase orders for shelf life items will be placed in batches or packages according to immediate requirements. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous aviation spare parts as per Annexure A to C The delivery period is 30 days for local stores and 90 days for foreign stores. Quoted rates must remain valid until 30 June 2027. Firms with pending deliveries from the last financial year are not eligible to participate. Shelf life or expiry items must have at least 80% remaining life at the time of delivery. Bids from firms registered with the Central Aviation Spares Depot or having valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance for interaction with the Army will only be accepted. Technical offers must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked 'Technical Offer' and 'Commercial Offer' with the IT number mentioned on both. Tender fees of Rs 3,000 non-refundable and bid security amounting to 5% of the total bid value must accompany the bid in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft in the name of the Commandant. The tender opening will be held on 13 August 2026 at 1100 hours, with submission deadline at 1030 hours the same day.
