Supply of Motors & Linear Actuators

The National Centre of Robotics & Automation (NCRA) at the College of EME, NUST Rawalpindi, invites sealed bids from well reputed, experienced, and financially sound firms for the supply of Motors and Linear Actuators. Bidders must be registered with PPRA E-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) and have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration along with being on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR. Items being procured: - Motors (Quantity: 10) - Linear Actuators (Quantity: 40) The bidding documents containing detailed descriptions and terms & conditions are available on the E-PADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Interested bidders may obtain further information from NUST College of E&ME via phone at 051-54444456 or 0345-9122273. Manual submissions will not be accepted or entertained. Bids must be uploaded through e-PADS before 02 November 2026 at 1100 hours. The bids will remain valid for 90 working days from the submission date. Bid opening will take place on 02 November 2026 at 1130 hours in the Conference Room of NCRA, College of E&ME, in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. NUST College of E&ME reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per rule 33 of Public Procurement Rules (PPR) 2004. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the e-PADS submission instructions and ensure all required documents and bid securities are properly uploaded to avoid disqualification.
