Sealed tenders are invited by the Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi for supply of various textile and related items under PPRA rules. Delivery periods range from 9 to 12 months depending on the item. Eligibility criteria require firms to possess NTN certificates, registration certificates from the Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP), sales tax certificates, and proof of financial capability. Firms must not be blacklisted and should provide details of past experience with government or semi-government organizations. Bid security of 5% with an upper limit of Rs. 1.0 million is mandatory. Original challan form No 32-A for Rs. 2000/- must be deposited in government treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Tender documents can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents. The tender opening will be held in the presence of firm representatives at the DGP (Army) tender room. The last date for collection of tender documents is 7 or 31 August 2026 depending on the item, with submission deadlines on 1 or 8 September 2026 at 1030 hrs and opening at 1100 hrs respectively.
