Supply of Nitrogen Generator for Sealed Quench Furnace

Pakistan Machine Tool Factory (PMTF) Karachi invites sealed bids from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their authorized distributors/agents for the supply of a Nitrogen Generator intended for use with a sealed quench furnace. This procurement is specifically for Karachi and managed by the Pakistan Machine Tool Factory department. Items being procured: - Nitrogen Generator with minimum capacity of 35 Nm³/hour - Nitrogen consumption rate of 28 Nm³/hour (continuous) - Plant operation 24 hours/day - Operating days 15 days/month - Operating months 12 months/year - Application: Sealed Quench Furnace The technical scope requires a nitrogen generator capable of continuous operation with specified capacity and reliability. The plant will operate 24 hours daily for 15 days each month throughout the year. The generator must meet the minimum capacity and be suitable for sealed quench furnace applications. Warranty of minimum 12 months is mandatory. Delivery is expected within 60 to 90 days from the Purchase Order or Letter of Credit issuance. Only OEMs and their authorized agents are eligible to participate. Detailed technical specifications are provided in Annexure-A, which interested bidders can request via email. Eligibility criteria include being an Original Equipment Manufacturer or authorized distributor/agent. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements and submit complete proposals. FBR registration and relevant experience in supplying industrial gas generators are recommended. The tender closing date is **17 August 2026**.
