Supply and Installation of 10KW Solar System for Government Girls Degree College Ghazni Khel, Lakki Marwat

Government Girls Degree College Ghazni Khel Lakki Marwat invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply and installation of a 10KW solar system. The procurement is being carried out for the college premises located in Lakki Marwat, and all interested parties are encouraged to participate in this competitive process. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of 10KW solar system (complete solution including panels, inverter, batteries, and wiring as per technical specifications) The technical scope includes the provision of a complete solar energy solution, ensuring uninterrupted power supply for the college. The system must be installed at the designated site within the college and should meet all relevant safety and performance standards. Bidders are required to provide all necessary equipment, installation, and commissioning services. The successful bidder will also be responsible for after-sales support and warranty as per the tender terms. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Experience in similar solar installations will be considered an advantage. Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Principal, Government Girls Degree College Ghazni Khel Lakki Marwat. Bids without the required Earnest Money will not be entertained. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Principal by 26-10-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be considered. The college reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
