Tender Description
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sargodha Zone invites reputable registered firms, suppliers, and wholesalers registered with Income Tax Department and also registered on EPADS to submit their sealed Technical and Financial quotations under PPRA rules using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for the supply of various office furniture and air conditioning equipment.
Items being procured:
- Table 3' x 4' with Side Rack (08 units)
- Table 5' x 3' with Side Rack (02 units)
- Executive Revolving Chair (04 units)
- Officer Revolving Chair (08 units)
- Sofa Set 5 Seater (02 units)
- Center Table (02 units)
- Visitor Chairs (22 units)
- Steel File Cabinet (10 units)
- Split Air Conditioner 1.5 Ton (11 units)
- Split Air Conditioner 2.0 Ton (01 unit)
- Copper Piping, Insulation, electrical wire, duct patti, Iron Stand, solution tapes, nails with installation and additional installation of fitting per feet (As per requirement)
- Dot Matrix Printer Epson LQ 350 or equivalent (05 units)
The technical scope includes supply and installation of furniture and air conditioning units along with necessary copper piping and fittings. Bidders must provide earnest money in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or CDR amounting to Rs. 97,500 in favor of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan. The bid security for specific items is Rs. 69,800 and Rs. 116,500 for copper piping and installation, and Rs. 25,000 for printers.
Bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 11:00 AM on 17th September 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The bid validity period is 180 days. No hard copy of the bid will be accepted. All terms and conditions are available on EPADS and the State Life website.
