Suppliers must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A valid PEC registration is not mandatory for this goods supply tender. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form of a Pay Order or CDR equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost is required with the bid. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and delivered to the Procurement Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi by the closing date. Late submissions will not be entertained. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
