Sealed quotations are invited for supply on C&F basis from reputed GST registered firms/suppliers included in the active taxpayer list of FBR by NORI Hospital, Islamabad. Items being procured: - OT Light (Qty: 02) - Ultrasound Machine with 3 Probes (Qty: 01) - CR System (Qty: 01) - Dual Head Spect Gamma Camera (Qty: 01) - RIA Kits (As per tender documents) Tender documents can be obtained from NORI Hospital, Hanna Road, Sector G-8/3, Islamabad during 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM on all working days including Saturday upon payment of non-refundable tender fee via bank demand draft or pay order in the name of Sr. Accounts Officer P.O.
