Supply of PE Pipe Line for Water Supply Scheme Killi Seriwand Harifal and Lawarrah in District Sherani

The Public Health Engineering Division Sherani invites sealed tenders from interested manufacturers firms and government contractors for the supply of PE pipe line for water supply schemes in District Sherani, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Supply of PE Pipe Line for Water Supply Scheme Killi Seriwand Harifal (01 Job) - Supply of PE Pipe Line for Water Supply Scheme Lawarrah (01 Job) The procurement will be conducted under the Baluchistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014, with a tender fee of Rs. 2000 per bid payable via bank challan. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required. Only single entity manufacturer firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category C6 with special codes CE-09(ii) and five years of work experience and valid tax registration are eligible. Authorized representatives must provide authorization letters. Work orders of similar nature covering 70% of bid cost with completion certificates in last 3 years are mandatory. Financial soundness and affidavit of correctness on judicial stamp paper are required. Pipe manufacturers must have GST and quality certificates. All technical and financial bids must be signed and stamped. Bidding documents can be obtained from the BPPRA website from the date of publication until 31st August 2026 at 12:00 PM. Earnest money must be submitted as call deposit in specified bank. Completed bids with supporting documents must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand to the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Sherani office by or before 31st August 2026 at 12:00 PM.
