Tender Description
The Export Processing Zones Authority Karachi invites bids from well reputed firms for the supply of Photostat Paper. This procurement is managed by the Export Processing Zones Authority, Ministry of Industries & Production, Karachi. The tender notice, terms and conditions, and list of items are available on EPADS and the official websites of Export Processing Zones Authority (www.epza.gov.pk), EPZA (www.epza.gov.pk), and PPRA (www.ppra.gov.pk). Only those bidders or suppliers who apply through the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) will be entertained.
Items being procured:
- Photostat Paper
Bidders must submit a bid security deposit of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One lac only) in the form of a Demand Draft issued by an authorized bank in favor of Export Processing Zones Authority Karachi. The bid security must reach the office of the Secretary, EPZA, Ministry of Industries & Production Karachi, latest by 04-09-2026 at 11:00 am. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
The Export Processing Zones Authority Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PP Rules, 2004.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure timely delivery of bid security to avoid disqualification. Participation through the EPADS portal is mandatory for consideration.
