Prices must be quoted in PKR and should clearly mention taxes separately. The supplier must be an active taxpayer; otherwise, the bid will be rejected. A bid security of Rs 50,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur is required, and a scanned copy must be uploaded via EPADS 2.0. Financial health documents (Ref Form #4) must be attached with the tender documents. Standard warranty applies, and bids are valid for 90 days.
