Bidders must be registered firms located in Muzaffarabad city only; firms from other locations are not eligible. The tender requires submission of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 via ACG-67 receipt, a refundable earnest money deposit of Rs. 50,000 in the form of Bank Draft/CDR, and various supporting documents including CNIC, NTN, GST certificates, AGPR vendor number, and experience certificates.
