Tender Description
Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders and qualified firms, companies, and suppliers duly registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and relevant tax regulatory authorities for the supply and provision of stationery and sanitation items in Sahulat Bazaars across all Punjab. This procurement is under a Framework Contract in accordance with Rule 15 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

- Supply and Provision of Stationery and Sanitation Items in Sahulat Bazaars all the Punjab
The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) using the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure. Tender documents are available in English and can be downloaded free of cost from PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Separate technical and financial bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 02.09.2026 at 09:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM as per PPRA Rules, 2014.
