Supply, Purchase, Repair and Overhauling of Aircraft Spares and Air Freight Services by Directorate of Procurement (Air) PAF

The Directorate of Procurement (Air) Pakistan Air Force invites sealed tenders for the supply, purchase, repair, and overhauling of various aircraft spares and air freight services. The contract performance period for aircraft spares is six months after signing the contract, while air freight timing will be informed by the concerned section. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with DGDP or provide financial capability proof including six months bank statements, proof of go-down and manufacturer/stockist credentials, NIC copies, and agency agreements with OEMs. Unregistered firms must submit a treasury challan of Rs. 2,000/- debatable to the specified main head. Earnest money and past performance will be considered in bid evaluation. Non-disclosure agreement on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- is mandatory before issuance of tender documents.
