Tender Description
Gilgit Baltistan Disaster Management Authority (GBDMA) Shigar invites sealed tenders/bids from all interested firms/contractors for Transport services under the head/classification A131001 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with GB Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (GB PPRA) Rules. Bidders must submit Envelope-I containing Technical/Eligibility Documents and Envelope-II containing Financial Proposal & Schedule of Rates separately, sealed within one outer envelope.

- Transport services classified under head A131001
The contract includes repair and maintenance schedules for Heavy Machinery (Annex-A) and Light Vehicles & Generators (Annex-B). Bidders must quote firm rates for all applicable items in these annexures. The contract is for one financial year (2026-27) with possible extension subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance.
Eligibility criteria include valid CNIC, firm/company registration under applicable laws, proof of relevant experience with at least two similar projects, submission of at least two supply/work orders with completion certificates, firm's bank statement for last year, original Call Deposit Receipt/CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order of Rs. 72,000 as bid security, and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting by any government or regulatory authority. Technical bids must be accompanied by a Rs. 100/- stamp paper affidavit. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per GB PPRA Rule-36.
Bids must be submitted by 16 September 2026 at 10:30 AM with bid opening at 11:00 AM. The bid security will be released for unsuccessful bidders after finalization. Firms with their own workshop/spare-parts outlets in Gilgit-Baltistan or demonstrating district-level coverage will be preferred.
